Return Policy

We at Sugarman take great pride in the quality of our skincare products. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below for a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • 1. Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return and ship your item(s) back to us. Returns must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any items that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • 2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns on open or used items, unless defective.
  • 3. Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • 4. Proof of Purchase: All returns must include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

 

How to Return

  • 1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@sugarmanskincare.com to initiate the return process.
  • 2. Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • 3. Ship your return package to:

  • 4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • 5. Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return. We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

 

Refunds

  • 1. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • 2. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please check your bank account again or contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact Customer Service to initiate the exchange process.
